A 5-mph limit applies. There are stray children and animals nearby, so go with caution.

Children: Children must never be left at the campground unsupervised by someone over the age of 18.

Cancellations / Reservations: Daily and weekly reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. A 50% deposit is required for monthly reservations, with the rest due upon arrival. We take all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.

If you cancel 7 days or less before your arrival date, there will be no reimbursement.

Cancellations made between 8 days and 2 weeks before arrival will receive a 50% refund.

Any reservations canceled more than two weeks before arrival will incur a 10% processing fee (minimum $5).

There will be no refunds for adverse weather or early departure.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm.  Check-out 11:00 am

Quiet Hours: 10pm – 7am every day with a little leniency on the weekends and/or holidays.

Pets: Up to 3 pets per site. No additional fees. $10/night per pet will be charged for any cabin guests.

Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners. Please refer to our pet policy.

Pets must always be kept on a leash, and under the control of their owner. You are responsible for cleaning up your pet’s waste and placing it in appropriate trash receptacles. If we have to clean waste off your site after your departure, there will be a nominal fee charged to your card.

Pets Are Welcome!

We love you to have your pet animal with you while you stay with us.

All ADA service animals are welcome to stay for free!  Fees for all other pets are $10 per pet per night.  Guests are responsible for damage and/or excessive cleaning caused by their pets.

Due to insurance reasons, non-service animals are restricted by type and breed.  The following breeds are not allowed on the grounds: Alaskan Malamute, Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Sheperd, Great Dane, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Wolf-hybrid of any kind and any dog with the listed breeds in its lineage.

Here are some guidelines you must follow with respect to your animal (pet) in our park:

• All animals must have a certified Rabies Vaccination before they enter the park. There are wild creatures in the area, and the rabies virus has been documented locally. Your pet does not need to be bitten by a rabid animal,
  only to come in contact with its saliva to contract this deadly disease. You must supply us with your veterinarian certificate of the current vaccination. Just the collar tag isn’t enough -we need the paperwork.
• Dangerous or vicious animal breeds are not allowed. Display of dangerous or vicious behavior by any animal or its handler while here will not be tolerated. These animals and their owners will be evicted.
• Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. We are stringent about this It is only fair to us, to your neighbors, their pets, and to your pet.
• Pets are not allowed inside the fenced pool area.
• ALL pets must be controlled by a leash. Some folks who share our park may not like or may be scared of animals. Some of your neighbors have their pets with them. Sometimes animals act unpredictably. You must be able to control your pet at all times.
• Pet waste must be properly disposed of in waste cans located throughout the park.
• Pet Walk Areas are along the lake across the street beyond Waterview to as far as the big rock and along the wooded trail at the rear of the park.
• Your invited visitors are not entitled to bring their pets when they visit you here.

Pool Policy

1. NEVER SWIM ALONE. A minimum of 2 adults, 18 years of age or older, must be present whenever this swimming pool is in use, with at least 1 of those adults on the pool deck. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD AT THIS POOL. Safety equipment is provided on the pool deck for your use in an emergency.
2. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISION. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied at the pool by a parent or guardian (an adult who is responsible for the safety of the children and their behavior.) THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD AT THIS POOL.
3. IN AN EMERGENCY, NOTIFY THE FACILITY OPERATOR AND CONTACT HELP IMMEDIATELY. A free telephone is provided at the office with the emergency 911 number posted for emergency services including: police, fire department, ambulance and hospital.
4. Only use this facility during hours of operation: Memorial Day to Labor Day, 9 a.m. – dusk or as posted at the pool gate. Pool use is prohibited at any other time.
5. Shallow water – NO DIVING.
6. Don’t drink alcohol and swim. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside the fenced swimming pool area.
7. No glass containers inside the fenced pool area.
8. No animals inside the fenced pool area.
9. Urinating, discharge of fecal matter, expectorating or blowing the nose in the swimming pool is prohibited and will result in expulsion and pool closure until such time the water has had time to be disinfected. If you notice any problems with the water quality, please notify us at once.
10. The maximum number of bathers permitted is 35. Once bather capacity has been reached, no more patrons shall be allowed access to the pool until an equal number of patrons exit.
11. Pool use is for registered overnight patrons and their registered guests only.

Failure to comply with pool rules will result in immediate expulsion from the pool area for a period of 24 hours.
